All Sales Final – No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all services, programs, sessions, calls, video conferencing meetings, and materials provided by Agency Playbook, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website, www.AgencyPlaybook.org (the “Site”). By purchasing or accessing any of our offerings, you (“Customer,” “User,” or “Participant”) acknowledge and irrevocably agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.  Effective: 2/25/2025

 

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS

All purchases made through AgencyPlaybook.org are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate access to proprietary strategies, live sessions, and materials, we do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

  • No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, participate in, or complete a program or session.
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, perceived lack of value, or changes in business needs.
  • No refunds will be issued for subscription-based services, even if canceled before the renewal date.
  • No refunds will be issued for any materials, guides, or resources provided as part of our services.

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to dispute or demand a refund for any reason.


2. DELIVERY OF MATERIALS & USAGE RESTRICTIONS

Our scripts, templates, process blueprints, guides, follow-ups, and action plans may be delivered in various formats, including digital downloads, email attachments, or other means at our discretion.

  • If you experience an issue with delivery, we may provide a replacement upon request, but we do not guarantee multiple replacements.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distributing of any materials or content provided as part of our services is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.


3. SCHEDULING RESPONSIBILITY & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

All scheduled calls, video conferencing meetings, and sessions require the Customer to be on time, prepared, and in an appropriate environment for participation.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled meeting or session for any reason may result in forfeiture. No refunds or credits will be provided. Rescheduling may be offered only at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
  • Late arrivals will not extend the session time beyond the originally scheduled end time. Missed time is forfeited.
  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice for any scheduling changes. Requests must be made directly via phone, email, or our digital scheduling platform.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of access to future scheduling opportunities.


4. FAILURE TO UTILIZE SERVICES DOES NOT WARRANT A REFUND

Your inability or failure to attend, complete, or utilize a purchased service, session, or consulting call does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or exchange. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the time, resources, and commitment necessary before making a purchase.


5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

For subscription-based services, you are responsible for managing your subscription before renewal. If you fail to cancel before the billing date, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.


6. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS – STRICTLY PROHIBITED

By purchasing from Agency Playbook, LLC, you expressly agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any payment for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service or materials
  • Misunderstanding of the offering
  • Failure to use or complete the service
  • Subscription renewal charges
  • Missed or forfeited sessions
  • Non-use of materials


If a chargeback or dispute is initiated against Agency Playbook, LLC, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately revoke access to all purchased services, future bookings, and membership benefits.
  • Pursue legal action to recover all costs associated with the dispute, including chargeback fees, attorney’s fees, and administrative expenses.
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to financial institutions, collection agencies, and legal authorities.


To avoid unnecessary disputes, customers must contact us directly at Admin@AgencyPlaybook.org before initiating any payment dispute. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal consequences.


7. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES – LIMITED DISCRETION

Under very limited circumstances, we may review refund requests only in cases of verified duplicate charges due to system errors. However:

  • Approval is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
  • No precedent is set—one exception does not entitle future refunds.
  • Decisions made by Agency Playbook, LLC are final.


8. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Agency Playbook, LLC reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
