All scheduled calls, video conferencing meetings, and sessions require the Customer to be on time, prepared, and in an appropriate environment for participation.
Scheduling Appointments
- After purchasing a session or subscribing, you will receive instructions and access to our scheduler to book your appointment.
- All consulting sessions must be scheduled in advance through the scheduling platform.
- Please select a time that works best for you, as availability is limited.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice for any scheduling changes. Requests must be made directly via phone, email, or our digital scheduling platform. Rescheduling is offered only at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the session.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled meeting or session for any reason will result in forfeiture. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Late Arrivals
- Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments.
- Late arrivals will not extend the session time beyond the originally scheduled end time. Missed time is forfeited.
